Returns and Refunds Policy for NovaCraft Ventures LLC

30-Day Return Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
  • All tags are still attached
  • No signs of damage, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
  • Final sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards or promotional items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

How to Return Your Order:
  1. Contact our customer service at contact@novacraftventures.com to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in the email
  3. Wait for our return confirmation email with return instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Attach the return shipping label (if provided) or use your preferred shipping method

  7. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If your return is not approved, we will contact you to explain the reason and arrange for the return of the item to you (shipping costs may apply).

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We'll process your refund once we receive the returned item.

For faster service, we recommend placing your new order before returning the original item to ensure availability of your preferred size or color.

Can I return items purchased during a sale?

Yes, sale items can be returned within 30 days unless marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance." Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
