Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days to ensure timely delivery for our customers. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to over 15 countries worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

Delivery Addresses

We ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address. If the package needs to be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply. If we cannot reach you or if no response is received within 14 days, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs).

Package Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package's progress directly on our website or through the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please contact us immediately if your package appears to be lost or damaged. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
